Job description

The Role

We are looking for a Security Guard to ensure the security of our Sobha Realty Training Centre and associated sites by providing a professional and efficient security service.

You will contribute to our security efforts by monitoring our premises to prevent illegal activities and ensuring all buildings are secure.

Your day-to-day

1. Manage site access - monitor and control access for all visitors to our internal and external sites.
2. Oversee visitor operations - keep records of all people on club sites, conduct searches when necessary.
3. Champion safety processes - liaise with and educate colleagues about visitors and security issues.
4. Ensure site security - assist with opening and managing specific areas, maintaining building security and safety.
5. Proactive risk mitigation - stay vigilant to security threats and escalate suspicious behavior.
6. Provide emergency support - assist with evacuations and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
