Unite Group's Unite Students brand is seeking a Safety Team Member in Manchester for night shifts at Piccadilly Point. You will be the reassuring presence helping students feel safe, welcome and supported during the night.

You'll patrol, handle handovers, respond to incidents and support wellbeing while collaborating with day and night teams to ensure seamless service. A competitive salary with bonus and benefits is on offer.

Qualifications

• Be friendly and act as the first point of contact for students needing support overnight.
• Respond calmly to incidents or emergencies such as fire alarms, noise complaints, or maintenance issues.
• Create a welcoming, empathetic environment and treat everyone with respect and professionalism.
• Collaborate with day and night teams to ensure seamless service and handovers.
• Maintain tidy, safe, and well-kept spaces and support wellbeing/welfare matters as needed.
• Live CARE principles: Connect, Act, Respect, and Encourage.

Responsibilities
