GV Careers Limited is helping an established Merseyside practice recruit a Night Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN). The role offers a calm, well-equipped environment and an enviable rota of 7 consecutive night shifts followed by 14 nights off, with a pro rata salary up to £40,000 depending on experience.

The Night RVN will monitor hospitalized patients, assist with emergency cases and support the veterinary surgeon through the night, delivering high standards of care while maintaining excellent

Salary: Up to £40,000 pro rata | 7 Nights On, 14 Nights Off

Are you an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse looking for an excellent work-life balance without compromising on clinical exposure?

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Night RVN to join a well-equipped small animal practice in Merseyside. This role offers the chance to work alongside a dedicated and supportive team, providing exceptional overnight care to patients while enjoying an enviable rota of just one week on followed by two weeks off.

The Role

As the Night RVN, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high standards of inpatient care, monitoring hospitalised patients, assisting with emergency cases and supporting the veterinary surgeon throughout the night. You’ll thrive in a calm, organised environment where your nursing skills and clinical judgement are highly valued.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RVN who enjoys emergency and critical care, values autonomy and wants to be part of a collaborative, patient-focused team.

About You

My client is looking for someone who:

• Is a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN).

Previous experience in a hospital or emergency setting would be advantageous but is not essential.
