We are seeking a compassionate Night Nurse to join our experienced team. With an increasing caseload, this role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic practice that provides 24-hour on-site nursing care for our patients.
Job satisfaction is paramount. Nurses are encouraged to pursue their interests, with CPD and certificates both encouraged and funded. We promote high clinical standards guided by evidence-based medicine and are always open to new ideas to enhance patient care and team wellbeing.
As part of this group, you will enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to £33,000, depending on experience. The role operates on a 3-weekly rolling rota designed to ensure an optimal work-life balance. You will work one week of nights followed by two weeks off, with the possibility of including weekend day rotations. Shifts run from 18:00 to 07:30, with significant handover time with the day shift team. A 2-week initial induction during standard hours (08:30 – 16:30) will ensure you are well-integrated into the team and familiar with the role.
Your responsibilities will include a diverse range of nursing duties, focusing on inpatient care and emergency cases. While experience in lone nursing and emergency work is ideal, applicants with less experience are welcome, as ongoing support will be provided to the right candidate.
