Job summary

Leaders In Care Ltd is assisting an award-winning care home in Kidderminster to recruit a committed Staff Nurse (RGN). This part-time night-shift role offers a competitive salary of £24.50 per hour, bespoke induction programmes, and ongoing development opportunities.

You will make critical clinical decisions, assess and develop person-centred care plans, administer medications and dressings, manage residents’ medical conditions, and build strong relationships with residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified RGN with a valid NMC PIN.
• Prior experience in a nursing home setting.
• Able to work positively and collaboratively with the wider MDT.
