You will assess care needs, administer prescribed medicines, maintain care plans with families and health professionals, and supervise junior staff while following NMC guidelines and company policy.

Qualifikationen

• Assess client care needs and provide health supervision and direct nursing care as required.
• Assess social and health care needs of new clients and maintain ongoing assessment and review.
• Ensure client care plans are completed with clients, relatives and other health professionals per NMC guidelines.
• Administer prescribed medicines per company procedures and NMC guidelines.
• Supervise and train junior staff and participate in mandatory training days.

• Establish and maintain good communication with clients, relatives and the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide administrative support as required.
