Job summary

Barchester care home is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to deliver high‑quality clinical care to residents, drawing on your NMC registration and up‑to‑date practices.

You will develop care plans, perform risk assessments, administer medicines safely, and make critical clinical decisions within DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, while providing person‑centred, compassionate care in a supportive team. You’ll have the autonomy to do things the right way and be valued for your expertise.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the NMC and up-to-date clinical practices.
• Experience in creating care plans and risk assessments.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
