Leaders in Care is seeking a committed Staff Nurse (RGN) to join a respected care home in Worcester. This night-shift role offers a competitive salary of £24.50 per hour and bespoke training and development programmes, along with additional benefits.

You will assess residents, administer medications, and implement person-centred care plans while building strong relationships with residents and their families. A valid NMC PIN is required, with prior nursing home experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to work positively and collaboratively with the wider MDT.
