Job summary

bp is hiring a Customer Service Assistant for night shifts at our retail stores. You’ll work as part of a friendly, fast-paced team, delivering great service to customers and supporting bp’s on-site Wild Bean Café.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required; online and on the job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers efficiently and meet their needs promptly.
• Ensure safety of customers, colleagues, and self in line with bp policies.
• Support bp offers, promotions and loyalty schemes.
• Prepare and serve items from the Wild Bean Café.
• Take deliveries, replenish stock and manage stock tasks.
• Carry out cleaning duties across store, facilities and forecourt.
