Job summary

BP Retail is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for night shifts. The role involves serving customers, maintaining store safety, and supporting the Wild Bean Café. You will help with deliveries, stock replenishment, and cleanliness, while promoting bp offers and loyalty schemes.

No retail experience is required; training is provided to develop the skills needed for a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours and benefits are included.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise safety of yourself, colleagues and customers according to bp policies.
• Serve customers efficiently and meet their needs promptly.
• Foster a positive, inclusive store atmosphere in line with bp beliefs.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks from the Wild Bean Café.
• Take deliveries, replenish stock and manage stock control tasks.
• Support bp’s offers, promotions and loyalty schemes.
• Carry out cleaning duties across store, facilities and forecourt.
