Job summary

WHSmith in Stirling is seeking a Sales Assistant to provide outstanding customer service in a 16 hour contract, with lone working requirements. The store opens 7am–6pm and flexibility is essential.

You will assist customers, replenish stock, maintain attractive displays and collaborate with colleagues to uphold high standards across the store. The role offers pension, cycle-to-work, paid annual leave and staff discounts, plus access to deals with partner retailers and an Employee Assistance

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Able to work lone shifts and independently.
• Flexible to meet store requirements and shift patterns.
• 18 years of age or over is required due to lone-working policy.
