An established charity is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to uplift and support young individuals with disabilities. This role involves managing care plans, ensuring safety during night shifts, and fostering positive relationships with children and their families. Contract/Hours: Permanent / Part Time – 22 hours per week working nights (x2 11 hour shifts over 7 days on a rolling rota)

At our Silverton Short Breaks Service, we provide meaningful support for children and young individuals aged 5 to 18 with disabilities. Our goal is to enrich their daily lives by encouraging participation, promoting independence, offering new opportunities, building friendships, and fostering engagement within the community. Additionally, this service provides invaluable respite for parents and caregivers, offering them peace of mind that their loved ones are enjoying a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
