Job summary

Waitrose & Partners in Banbury is hiring a Supermarket Assistant to deliver partner-led service and quality food knowledge, helping customers on every visit. You will be central to stock replenishment, online order fulfilment and friendly, efficient customer service.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment to keep shelves full and correctly placed.
• Prepare online orders for drivers to deliver to customers' doors.
• Reduce wastage through product due diligence and use-by awareness.
• Support the wider shop team, including checkout, Click & Collect, and on-demand orders.
• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
