Job summary

John Lewis Partnership's Weybridge Waitrose is recruiting a Supermarket Assistant for night shifts. You’ll provide partner-led service, stock replenishment, online order fulfilment, and keep the store tidy and safe during night hours.

This part-time role (22.5 hours weekly, Mon–Wed nights 22:00–06:00) includes a night premium of £3.75 per hour on eligible hours and opportunities to support the branch team.

Qualifications

• Good communication to work effectively with customers and the team.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is welcomed.
• Flexible and keen interest in food trends.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment ensuring shelves are full and products are correctly placed.
• Fulfil online customer orders for home delivery or driver hand-off.
• Reduce wastage by following product due diligence and dates.
• Support the wider team with checkout, Click & Collect, and other duties.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
