Job summary

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to care for residents in a dedicated care home. You will look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents, develop tailored care plans and administer medicines safely while upholding high standards of clinical practice.

You will need current NMC registration, experience with risk assessments and an understanding of DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Qualifications

• NMC registration current and in good standing.
• Experience producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).
• Dedicated and compassionate, with a person-centred approach to nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide medicines safely and administer dosages as prescribed.
