Job summary

Agincare seeks a Night Registered Nurse for a care home in Gloucestershire. You will work night shifts, with a competitive hourly rate of £23.18, and enjoy benefits including a refer-a-friend scheme, funded training up to QCF level 5, and a company pension scheme.

A valid NMC pin, CPD, and 12 months UK right-to-work are required. Experience in care homes is preferred but not essential; driving or living close to the home is expected.

Qualifications

• A valid NMC pin without restrictions to practice.
• Evidence of recent clinical CPD.
• Minimum 12 months on your right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residents' clinical needs and coordinate with care staff and medical professionals.
• Administer and record medication safely.
• Monitor nutrition and hydration and update care plans as needed.
• Monitor risks around pressure ulcers and bowel/bladder changes.
• Promote resident activities and engage with families.
