Social Interest Group (SIG) is seeking a Night Recovery Worker for relief/bank shifts in Brent, West London. The role involves supporting residents back into the community with personalised, one-to-one care and life skills coaching.

You will work across multiple sites, building supportive relationships and contributing to recovery plans while using Salesforce Inform for record updates. The position requires empathy, strong communication, and the ability to respond to mental health needs, with

Qualifications

• IT proficiency and ability to learn new software
• Experience working with people from complex backgrounds including mental health, housing, or justice sectors
• Understanding housing and social needs of people with multiple and complex needs
• Ability to influence and negotiate positive outcomes with others
• NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care/Community Justice or equivalent

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of Residents & Participants, develop support plans, and conduct risk assessments
• Encourage involvement in projects, training, and volunteering
• Ensure Residents understand their rights and access resources to reintegrate into society
• Build strong internal and external relationships
• Provide advice, guidance, and life skills training
• Identify signs of deteriorating mental health and initiate interventions
• Attend appointments with residents as needed
• Maintain records in Salesforce Inform system
