The Grand Hotel Birmingham Limited is seeking a Night Receptionist for a part-time, 20-hour week across two nights. Shifts typically run 8.00pm–6.30am or 10.00pm–8.00am, with flexibility for overnight hours.

You will welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, respond to requests, and support late-night operations to ensure a safe, welcoming stay. Ideal candidates bring prior hospitality or guest-facing experience, a warm and approachable manner, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing environment.
• Clear and confident communication with guests.
• Proficient IT skills; Opera PMS experience beneficial but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Answer guest enquiries and offer local recommendations.
• Address guest requests with professionalism and care.
• Provide overnight room service support and assist with late-night operations.
