Travelodge London Docklands Central is seeking a Night Reception Team Member for a full-time contract. No prior experience is required, as training is provided. You will welcome guests, check them in, patrol corridors, and help resolve issues such as noise complaints.

Responsibilities include preparing for the next day, setting up housekeeping trolleys, breakfast prep, and occasional bar service. Enjoy staff discounts and development opportunities within a friendly team.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.

• Able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in at reception.

• Deal with noise complaints and evictions when needed.
• Set up the hotel for the next day: prepare housekeeping trolleys and breakfast prep.
• Occasionally serve behind the bar as required.
