Edwardian Hotels London is seeking a Night Receptionist for The May Fair Hotel in London. This role operates on a 12-shift, 4 days on/3 days off roster, delivering a smooth guest experience at night and handling the full guest journey from check-in to check-out.

Formación

• Previous hotel reception experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.
• Experience with IT applications including Opera, Office 365, Guest Plus.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Impeccable command of English both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Manage night reception and lobby hosting to ensure smooth guest experience.
• Handle guest check-in/out and assist with luggage as needed.
• Process cash payments and manage floats per company standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries professionally with personalised service.
• Assist with daily administration tasks within the department.
