Travelodge Hotels (UK) is seeking a friendly Night Reception team member for our Maidstone property to warmly welcome guests and handle check-ins during the night shift. You will help maintain a safe, smooth overnight operation and contribute to guest satisfaction.

You’ll walk the corridors, respond to noise issues, and prepare the hotel for the next day by setting up breakfast service, stocking trolleys, and occasionally serving behind the bar.

• Ability to stay calm and handle guest requests and complaints professionally.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as 'FAB Fridays' and 'Housekeeping Heroes'. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you'll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you'll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times
