Job summary

Travelodge Hotels (UK) is seeking a front-of-house team member in Bolton to welcome guests, check them in, and help prepare the hotel for the next day. You will also walk the corridors to ensure guest comfort and handle occasional noise-related issues with discretion.

Responsibilities include setting up housekeeping trolleys, preparing breakfast service, and occasionally serving behind the bar. This role offers opportunities for progression through the Aspire Programme and participation in team

• Welcoming guests and checking them in at the hotel.
• Walk the corridors regularly to monitor guest comfort and safety.
• Handle noise complaints and evictions as required.
• Set up the hotel for the next day: prepare housekeeping trolleys and breakfast prep.
• Serve behind the bar at times as part of duties.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as 'FAB Fridays' and 'Housekeeping Heroes'. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you'll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you'll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times.
