Job summary

Staycity Group is seeking a Night Reception Team Leader for our Liverpool property. The role covers night shifts, with 30 hours per week and a rate of £14.00 per hour. Weekend hours are included.

You will lead the night team, ensure smooth guest check-ins, and uphold Staycity standards across the property. We value excellent communication, a positive guest experience, and the ability to train and support staff through busy periods.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Previous experience in hospitality is helpful but not required; full training provided.
• Experience with Opera is helpful but not mandatory; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador: represent Staycity Group with joy and enthusiasm.
• Create a strong first impression with guests through confident, clear communication.
• Support overnight reception operations, ensuring guest needs are met and issues are resolved.
