Job summary

Travelodge Northampton Upton Way is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a full-time contract. No prior experience is required as comprehensive coaching will be provided.

The role includes welcoming guests, checking them in, and contributing to a friendly, family-like team environment. You will also help prepare the hotel for the next day, including setting up housekeeping trolleys and breakfast areas, with occasional bar service and handling noise issues as part of the night shift.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and checks them into the hotel.
• Walks the corridors at intervals and may handle noise complaints and evictions.
• Sets up the hotel for the next day: prepares housekeeping trolleys and breakfast prep.
• Provides bar service at times when required.
