Travelodge Bournemouth is hiring a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time basis. Join a friendly, family-feel team with flexible working to suit everyone. No experience required; we will coach you in all aspects of the role, including guest check-in and nightly duties.

You will be welcoming guests, walking the corridors, and may handle noise issues or evictions. You’ll also help set up for the next day, tidy housekeeping trolleys, prep breakfast, and may assist behind the bar when needed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full coaching provided.
• Guest-facing role requires warmth and professionalism.
• Ability to adapt to shift work and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in at night.
• patrol corridors and monitor noise or disruptive behaviour.
• Handle occasional eviction situations calmly and safely.
• Set up hotel for the next day: restock housekeeping trolleys and prepare breakfast area.
• Serve behind the bar when required during shifts.
