Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Night Porter to join our team in the Inns after hours. You’ll be the face of the business during the night, running the pub and hotel overnight and supporting guests when needed.

Working usually 11pm–7am, you’ll handle safety, guest needs, and tasks to set up the next day. This role values self-reliance, professionalism, and a friendly, on-call presence.

We’re on the lookout for a Night Porter to join our team!

Make a difference to the moments that matter to us and our guests.As the face of our Marston’s Inns after hours, you’ll be solely responsible for running the business overnight. Self-reliant, you’ll need to enjoy your own company and be resourceful enough to tackle any challenges that arise. But that’s not all, you’ll be on call to support our guests – ensuring their hotel stay is a memorable one.
As Night Porter and part of our wider hotel and pub team you’ll:

• Work throughout the night. Usually between 11pm and 7am
