Job summary

Marston’s Inns is seeking a Night Porter in Lincoln to manage overnight operations and guest support. You will be the face of the venue after hours, working independently and handling routine tasks to set up the following day, while ensuring guest safety and security.

Role involves overnight hours, flexibility, and a customer-focused approach as part of a larger hotel and pub team. You’ll join a local, award-winning pub company that values people and offers opportunities across the business.

We’re on the lookout for a Night Porter to join our team!

Make a difference to the moments that matter to us and our guests.As the face of our Marston’s Inns after hours, you’ll be solely responsible for running the business overnight. Self-reliant, you’ll need to enjoy your own company and be resourceful enough to tackle any challenges that arise. But that’s not all, you’ll be on call to support our guests – ensuring their hotel stay is a memorable one.
As Night Porter and part of our wider hotel and pub team you’ll:

• Work throughout the night. Usually between 11pm and 7am
