Qualifications

• Previous Hotel Night Porter experience is essential.
• Friendly, welcoming approach focused on guest satisfaction.
• Flexible attitude to cover reception, room service, events and cleaning.
• Driving licence and the ability to drive due to the hotel location.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clear and clean conference rooms and event spaces.
• Carry out regular security walks to keep the hotel safe overnight.
• Maintain high standards of cleaning across hotel, including bedrooms and public areas.
• Provide 24-hour room service, including preparing food, delivering orders and clearing trays.
• Support hotel reception duties, including guest check-ins/outs and luggage assistance.
• Ensure wake-up calls and newspaper deliveries are completed on time.
