Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester - Piccadilly is seeking a friendly Night Porter to join our team. You will primarily help guests with luggage and travel arrangements and support the night operation by fulfilling guest requests, arranging room amenities and serving Food and beverages.

Flexibility is essential as we operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year; shifts vary and hours can be discussed at interview. You must stay calm under pressure and help keep the hotel safe and prepared for the day

Responsibilities

• Help guests with luggage and travel arrangements.
• Support the night operation to meet guest requests, including room amenities and serving Food and beverages.
• Remain calm under pressure and vigilant to keep the hotel safe.
• Be flexible to adapt on shift and prepare the hotel for the day ahead.
