Hotel du Vin in London is seeking a Night Porter to oversee hotel operations from sundown to sunrise. You will manage the night shift, welcome guests, assist with luggage and ensure public areas are spotless.

Responsibilities include cleaning, preparing spaces for the next day and conducting nightly health and safety audits to maintain our brand standards. Experience in a similar role and night shifts is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist Food & Beverage during the night and maintain brand standards.
• Welcome guests warmly and manage luggage assistance.
• Keep public areas immaculate and prepare meeting/event spaces for the next day.
• Conduct nightly Health and Safety audits and report issues.
• Coordinate with night team and respond to guest inquiries.
• Flexible shift patterns offered; opportunities for progression to night supervisory roles.
