What we look for in a Night Porter:

As the successful Night Porter, you will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly, outgoing personality. You should be self-motivated and willing to work alone at times. Experience working in a similar environment, excellent communication skills, and an impeccable eye for detail are essential.

Our Night Porters play an important role in ensuring the safety of our guests and the security of our pub and hotel throughout the night. You will be responsible for dealing with guest requests, greeting and checking in late arrivals, and maintaining room standards. Additionally, you will set up for breakfast service and carry out health and safety checks and audits as necessary.
