Job summary

The QHotels Collection’s Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort just outside Glasgow in Cumbernauld is seeking a Night Receptionist to join our front of house team. You’ll welcome guests, handle late check-ins and check-outs, and address enquiries with warmth and professionalism to ensure a smooth, secure and memorable stay.

The role rewards proactive, guest‑focused service and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night-time reception, greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and resolve enquiries and complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.

What will I do?

You’ll manage the reception during the night, greeting guests upon arrival, administering check ins and check outs and ensuring all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
