Job summary

Audley Villages in Cobham is seeking a Night Porter to deliver friendly, efficient service and maintain a secure, welcoming environment for owners and visitors. You will support administrative tasks and assist with some care activities when needed, contributing to a calm, well-run village under night-time supervision.

You will ensure pool areas are prepared for night use, maintain public spaces and assist with refuse collection and cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Good level of literacy and numeracy and English.
• Experience of using a computer would be an advantage.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and tolerant nature.
• Flexible approach to daily duties and shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Pool cleaning and completing pool test log.
• Preparing swimming pool and club for day use.
• Ensuring cleanliness of all public areas.
• Refuse collection throughout the village.
• Cleaning duties throughout communal areas.
• Assist with administrative and operational support as needed.
• Provide care-related support if required.

As our Night Porter you will deliver friendly and efficient customer service and create a secure, warm and welcoming environment for all our owners. Assist with administrative and operational support throughout the village and with the delivery of some care support if required.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communication skills.
