Job summary

Audley Villages is seeking a Multi-skilled Maintenance Operative to support garden, maintenance and minibus driving across our luxury village communities in Greater London. You will perform general and grounds maintenance and assist the Facilities Manager to uphold high standards for our owners.

The ideal candidate has pool plant experience; skills in electrics, joinery or plumbing are a plus. Knowledge of Health & Safety (COSHH, RIDDOR) and a collaborative, empathetic approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with pool plant operations.
• Electrics, joinery or plumbing experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety practices (COSHH, RIDDOR) and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and grounds maintenance to a consistently high standard.
• Assist the Facilities Manager with daily maintenance tasks.
• Support multi-skilled activities across garden, maintenance and transport as needed.

Multi-skilled role to support, Garden, Maintenance and Minibus Driver.

As our Maintenance Operative you will perform a range of general and ground maintenance duties to a consistently high level and assist the Facilities Manager with daily maintenance, meeting the standards required by our owners and the business.

Our owner’s quality of life and care depend upon the safe and exceptional standard of the facilities we provide, as well as the facilities within their home.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in pool plant operations.
• Experience in electrics, joinery, plumbing would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety working practices and regulations, COSHH, RIDDOR, etc.
• Multi-trader (desirable).
• Problem solving skills.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Warm, professional and empathetic.
