Job summary

HeliosX Group is seeking a Night Pharmacist to join our Leamington Spa hub, supporting safe dispensing and high-quality patient care. Work alongside Night Dispensing and Night Packing teams, use our EHR system, and ensure fast, accurate processing of prescriptions for GLP-1 weight loss and dermatology products.

You must have GPhC registration and at least 6 months of pharmacy experience. We offer 25 days holiday, private health insurance, a pension, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• GPhC registration and eligibility to practise in the UK.
• Experience delivering patient-focused care in a fast-paced dispensing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with patients and teams.
• Ability to follow protocols and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite at our Leamington Spa pharmacy hub, ensuring safe and compliant dispensing.
• Use our EHR system to process prescriptions and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Check prescriptions against clinical protocols and ensure safe supply.
• Prepare medications and liaise with warehouse for timely dispatch.
• Counsel patients with guidance on medications, side effects and usage.
• Record accurate notes in patient records and follow escalation procedures.
• Maintain professional registration and participate in ongoing training.
