Job summary

Pharmacierge is seeking an Evening Pharmacy Dispenser on-site at Wimpole Street, London. The role is 40 hours a week, 1:00pm–10:00pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work, offering a tech-enabled workflow in collaboration with private clinicians.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years’ UK pharmacy experience, NVQ Level 2 dispensing (or equivalent), and a strong commitment to accuracy and patient safety. Competitive salary and benefits with training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately against prescriptions per SOPs and UK regulations.
• Provide support and guidance to patients and prescribers within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with Pharmacierge teams to ensure smooth workflow and continuous service improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with stock control, including ordering and expiry checks; operate dispensing robot.
• Support safety and quality assurance initiatives, reporting discrepancies or concerns.

Evening Pharmacy Dispenser

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Evening Pharmacy Dispenser based in Wimpole Street, in the heart of the London Harley Street Medical Area. Working closely with private clinicians to deliver a seamless, safe and highly personalised medication service. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate interested in expanding their skills and knowledge in an environment that growth is encouraged.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years-experience working in a UK Pharmacy or dispensary role.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 1:00pm to 10:00pm. (Please note that this is an onsite position with no weekend working)

Right to Work

Applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately against prescriptions, following pharmacy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and UK pharmacy regulations.
• Provide support and guidance to patients and prescribers, responding to clinical and non-clinical queries within your scope of practice.
• Collaborate with the wider Pharmacierge teams to ensure smooth workflow and contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with stock control, including ordering, replenishment, and expiry checks and operating our dispensing robot as part of our tech-enabled workflow.
• Support safety and quality assurance initiatives, including identifying and reporting any discrepancies or concerns related to medication safety.

Requirements
