HeliosX Group is seeking a Night Pharmacist to join our Leamington Spa hub, supporting safe dispensing and high-quality patient care. Work alongside Night Dispensing and Night Packing teams, use our EHR system, and ensure fast, accurate processing of prescriptions for GLP-1 weight loss and dermatology products.

You must have GPhC registration and at least 6 months of pharmacy experience. We offer 25 days holiday, private health insurance, a pension, and ongoing development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite at our Leamington Spa pharmacy hub, ensuring safe and compliant dispensing.

• Prepare medications and liaise with warehouse for timely dispatch.
• Counsel patients with guidance on medications, side effects and usage.
• Record accurate notes in patient records and follow escalation procedures.

HeliosX is hiring a Night Pharmacist to support with our ongoing service to provide the best accessibilty of healthcare to our customers. After a year of supporting more patients than ever in 2024, we opened the doors to our brand‑new Pharmacy Hub in the heart of Leamington Spa in February 2025, and we’re dispensing thousands of units every single day. With demand for our weight loss service skyrocketing, our hub team continues to grow. With our weight loss services now supporting thousands across the UK, we’re looking for a dedicated Night Pharmacist to help us grow and continue putting patient care first. What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient dispensing of prescriptions while maintaining the highest standards of pharmaceutical care, from GLP‑1 weight loss treatments to dermatology, men’s health & more, supporting each patient’s journey with care and accuracy. You’ll be working closely with our Night Dispensing and Night packing teams to help ensure medications are processed with precision and dispatched rapidly, meeting our customer promise to patients of safe, high‑quality care, delivered in record time.

Your Day-to-day Tasks Will Include

• Work onsite at our Leamington Spa pharmacy hub, ensuring the safe and compliant dispensing of medications.
• Use our secure Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to process prescriptions and maintain confidentiality.
• Accurately check prescriptions against protocols set by the Medical Team, ensuring all requirements are met for safe supply.
• Prepare medications and liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch.
• Counsel patients by providing general advice on managing side effects, usage instructions, and other pharmaceutical guidance via email or telephone.
• Record concise and accurate notes in patient records as required.
• Follow operational protocols for prescription processing and escalated issues as needed.
• Engage in team training and meetings to stay updated on procedures and best practices.
• Maintain your professional registration and keep up with continuing education requirements.
