Job summary

Superior Healthcare is seeking an experienced Complex Healthcare Assistant to support a 14-year-old boy in Whitstable with long-term clinical needs. You will help him live safely and comfortably while managing complex care requirements, including tracheostomy and PEG care.

Shifts available are nights, 9pm–7am, on Wednesdays and Thursdays. A UK driving licence and 24+ hours per week are preferred, and the role offers industry-leading training and wellbeing support through REGEBO.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months UK care experience.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week.
• Experience working with paediatrics.
• Blue Light Card – we’ll pay for it.

Responsibilities

• To support clients with personal care and administer medication.
• To provide complex care interventions such as Suctioning, PEG and JEJ Feeding.
• To support clients with moving and handling.
