Job summary

City & County Healthcare Group is seeking a Children\'s Complex Care Assistant for Ashton in Makerfield to support a client with cerebral palsy and a ventilator, with full training provided.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, communication, and medication management, with dedicated support from the team during night shifts (9.30pm–7.30am). No prior experience is required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous Complex care experience is required.
• Beneficial to have worked with children with challenging behaviours or learning disabilities.
• Ventilator management, Tracheostomy and PEG management is preferred; training can be provided for the right candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and mobility support to the client.
• Support communication and mental wellbeing; monitor needs and concerns.
• Medication management and coordination of care with the team.
