Job summary

Gopuff is seeking full-time Operations Associates for our Birmingham warehouse. You will pick, pack, receive products, and assist with delivery rider coordination, contributing to a fast-paced, customer-focused operation.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with experience in food, retail or warehouse settings, available during peak hours (5pm–2am), comfortable with Google G-Suite, and able to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly. We offer weekly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Experience in restaurant, retail or warehouse environments preferred but not required.
• Flexible schedule with availability during peak hours 5pm–2am.
• Proficient with basic web-based software (e.g., Google G-Suite).
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive product from vendors and verify counts against purchase orders/invoices; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelve canceled orders; maintain organized warehouse.
• Clean and maintain the warehouse and organize spaces.
• Support waste control and FIFO compliance; communicate substitutions or stock issues to customers.
