Job summary

Gopuff is hiring full-time Operations Associates to join our warehouse team in a fast-paced environment. You will pick and pack items for dispatch, receive product from vendors, and ensure counts match orders while maintaining inventory accuracy.

You will work 5pm–2am with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and safety. The role includes routine warehouse tasks, equipment handling, and occasional contact with customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, retail or warehouse environments is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible schedule during peak hours 5pm–2am.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive product from vendors and verify counts against purchase orders/invoices.
• Inventory management and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize warehouse spaces.
• Manage waste and spoilage with FIFO.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
