Colten Care is seeking a Night Nurse for Amberwood House in Poole, Dorset. The role offers hourly pay from £22.83 to £25.63 (including enhancements) with opportunities for overtime, paid breaks, free meals on duty, and uniforms.

You’ll join a dedicated clinical team involved in clinical decisions and resident wellbeing. We provide progression to Senior Nurse/Clinical Lead, 24/7 support, and opportunities to collaborate with student nurses and TNAs to keep care practice current.

You’ll work with fellow Nurses and Senior Care Leads. Our knowledgeable and accessible Clinical and Quality team experts are on hand, with 24/7 on-call support if you need them. They are regular visitors to our homes offering guidance and support where needed. You’ll build lasting relationships with our residents making a meaningful difference in their health and well-being every day translating our care philosophy of “All About Me” into a reality.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge and sound judgment. Excellent communication skills and a positive “can-do” attitude are essential. You should be a team player, detail-oriented, and have a sense of fun.

You should also have experience promoting best practices in wound management, nutrition, tissue viability, end-of-life care, and other crucial clinical interventions.
