Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with current PIN.
• Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Proficient with IT and communication systems required for the role.
• Able to develop internal and external professional relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure while motivating the team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee high standards of person-centred care.
• Oversee medicine management per policy and legislation.
• Develop, review and update care plans to meet residents’ needs.
• Support Home Manager to achieve targets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in inspections (RQIA, Trusts, CCGs) and be inspection-ready.
• Document assessments, care planning, incidents, and reviews with accuracy.
