Qualifications

• Active NMC pin is required.
• 2–3 years’ experience in nursing homes as a Registered Nurse.
• Excellent communication skills with residents, families and staff.
• Proficient documentation and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe nursing care is delivered to residents.
• Maintain care plans and risk assessments for each resident.
• Effectively communicate with and lead the care assistants team.
