Job summary

The role is 22 hours per week on a rota, with a pay rate of £24.50 per hour. You must hold current NMC registration and demonstrate ongoing professional development.

• Valid NMC Registration.
• Evidence of ongoing personal and professional development since registration.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of person-centred care.
• Commitment to maintaining dignity, choice, independence and respect.

Responsibilities

• Lead your shift to provide night-time care with a warm, supportive environment.
• Assess and support residents' needs to help them live their best lives.
• Create and review person-centred care plans.
• Administer prescribed medication safely with proper documentation.
• Monitor residents' health and wellbeing overnight.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality care.
