Job description

Night Nurse - Bewdley

£24.50 per hour | 22 hours per week | Nights | Working to a rota

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding role where you can truly make a difference?

Join our team as a Night Nurse in Bewdley, working for a locally respected care provider that is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

We believe our residents do not live in our workplace - we work in their home. That means creating an environment where people feel safe, valued, respected and able to enjoy life to the full.

About the Role

As a Night Nurse, you will be a valued member of our team, leading your shift with positivity and effectiveness while providing outstanding care and support throughout the night.

You will play an important role in ensuring our residents' health, happiness, dignity and wellbeing remain at the heart of everything we do.

  • Leading your shift and creating a warm, positive and supportive environment for residents and colleagues.
  • Assessing and promoting the individual needs of our elderly residents, enabling them to live their best lives.
  • Creating, implementing and reviewing person-centred care plans that provide holistic support.
  • Monitoring residents' care, health and wellbeing throughout the night.
  • Administering prescribed medication safely and accurately, with appropriate documentation in line with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring residents are treated with dignity, respect and compassion at all times.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide consistent, high-quality care.
  • Continuing to develop your knowledge and skills to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent care and who understands the importance of seeing each resident as an individual.

  • Valid NMC Registration.
  • Evidence of ongoing personal and professional development since registration.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of person-centred care.
  • The ability to demonstrate how you support residents to live their best lives.
  • A commitment to maintaining dignity, choice, independence and respect.
  • A positive and supportive approach to leading a team.
  • A genuine willingness to continue learning and developing your skills.
Why Join Us?

This is more than a nursing role. It's an opportunity to become part of a team that genuinely cares about the people we support.

Every night, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference - providing reassurance, companionship and excellent clinical care while helping our residents feel safe, comfortable and valued in their own home.

If you're a compassionate Registered Nurse who wants to make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
