Job summary

LJ Recruitment in Worcester is seeking a Night Nurse to join our friendly team. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents during night shifts, ensuring comfort and safety.

You will be registered with the NMC, committed to ongoing professional development, and experienced in dementia and end-of-life care. Knowledge of PCS electronic care planning and developing individual care plans is desirable.

Shifts are Tue, Fri and Sat nights, 33.75 hours per week, at £24.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• You must have a valid NMC registration.
• Evidence of ongoing personal and professional development since registration.
• Commitment to enabling residents to live their best lives.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Experience in Dementia and End of Life care.
• Experience using PCS or similar electronic care planning systems.
• Experience developing and implementing person-centred care plans.
• Excellent communication and a resident-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care during night shifts.
• Support residents to live their best lives with empathy and dignity.
• Maintain accurate records using PCS electronic care planning system.
• Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with the team.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families and staff.

• Experience using an electronic care planning system, preferably PCS
• Experience developing and implementing person-centred care plans
