Job summary

Jasmine Healthcare Limited is seeking a dedicated Nurse Nights at St Andrew's Nursing & Care Home in Sleaford. You will join a supportive team providing nursing care from 7pm to 7am, 3-4 days per week, including alternate weekends.

The role emphasises resident-centred care within a mission-led organisation focused on people. Applicants should hold a relevant nursing qualification and be registered, with at least one year in a care-home setting.

Qualifications

• Requires professional nursing qualification and registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
• Minimum of one year nursing home experience.
• Experience writing person-centred care plans.
• Must reside within 30 minutes of the Home.
• Demonstrates leadership and people skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain calm.
• Strong time management and flexible working hours.
• Caring, nurturing attitude and positive outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care to residents.
• Assist with administration of medications and care plans.
• Supervise and support care team; ensure documentation is up to date.
• Promote residents' dignity, choice and independence.
• Maintain mandatory training and participate in ongoing development.
