Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for Brook View care home in Fazakerley, Liverpool. The role requires first-level nursing registration and an NMC PIN, with opportunities to lead as Nurse in Charge on night shifts and deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

The successful candidate will contribute to a skilled team, manage medications, promote wellbeing, and support residents with complex health needs while upholding dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Must have first-level nursing registration and NMC PIN.
• Registered Nurses from all backgrounds (Adult, Mental Health and Learning Disability) are welcome.

Responsibilities

• assessing, planning and providing person-centred nursing care for the people we support
• the safe administration of medication
• promoting health and wellbeing
• being the Nurse in Charge of a small unit whilst on shift
• managing situations when people display behaviours of concern
• promoting choice, dignity, independence and respect.
