Qualifications

• Must have first-level nursing registration with an NMC PIN.
• Registered Nurses from all backgrounds (Adult, Mental Health and Learning Disability Nurses).

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan care for residents on night shifts.
• Provide person-centred and evidence-based nursing care.
• Manage medications safely and support overall wellbeing.
• Act as Nurse in Charge on shift and supervise junior staff.
• Respond to challenging behaviours with calm professionalism.
• Promote independence, dignity and respect in daily care.
